Michael Maher
Mr. Michael 'Mick' Maher founded Maher & Associates LLC in September 2016 after 5 years as a program manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
Prior to this, he was Chief of the Composite and Hybrid Materials Branch and Materials Applications Branch at the Army Research Laboratory (ARL).
Thomas Katona
Dr. Thomas Katona is an Assistant Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly).
He received a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
Dave Lundgren
Mr. Lundgren is COO & Cofounder at Rubicon Labs, whose IoT cybersecurity solutions promise to keep tens of billions of IoT devices safe from attackers.
His career includes roles at HP, Pixar, and Apple, where he led product design of the iMac, Titanium PowerBook, and other iconic products.
Slade Gardner
Dr. Slade Gardner is President of Slade Gardner Advanced Manufacturing and Materials LLC.
Previously Slade was a Fellow at Lockheed Martin Space Systems and also a Fellow at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in the Skunk Works division.
His Ph. D. in Chemical Engineering is from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Mark Jackson
Mr. Jackson is the founder and President of Blue Dolphin Design and Engineering, Inc.
As a serial entrepreneur, he has established and partnered in several other businesses, four of which are still operating.
In addition, he is an advisor and expert to several organizations on the subjects of engineering, prototyping and innovation.
Daniel Chapiro
Designed mechanical devices and integrated circuits, wrote EDA software, was a co-founder of Systems Science and of Diametrica, and a Chief Scientist at Synopsys.
Currently working on sound and biomedical technology.
Dr. Chapiro holds an ME from the University of Buenos Aires, and a PhD in CS from Stanford University.
